Our new luxury holiday home is under development and will be available for rent in summer 2021.
The house is located in a quiet area, about 5 minutes from the small village Colmenar, a 30 minute drive from the airport and 40 minutes from the beach with stunning views of the mountains.
At night there is a wonderful view on the village of Colmenar. Casa Habiba has 5 bedrooms (of which 1 bedroom has two bunk beds) and 4 bathrooms and sleeps a total of 12 persons (10+2)
Spacious outside terraces and a kidney-shaped pool with an outside shower plus a kids pool/foot bath for young and old.
Unfortunately we don’t have any photos available but you can take a look at Villa Pepita to get a feel for the atmosphere.
The house will be decorated by myself, in a similar style as Villa Pepita. The rental price will be similar to the price of Villa Pepita.
